Federal Compliance — 2018 Farm Bill

All Dabwoods products are manufactured and sold in compliance with the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 (the “2018 Farm Bill”), which federally legalized hemp and hemp-derived products containing less than 0.3% Delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) on a dry weight basis.

All Dabwoods products are tested by ISO/IEC 17025-accredited third-party laboratories. Every batch’s Certificate of Analysis (COA) confirms Delta-9 THC concentration at or below the federal 0.3% limit. These COAs are publicly available on each product page on this website.

PACT Act Compliance

The Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking (PACT) Act, as amended in 2021, regulates the shipment of electronic nicotine delivery systems (ENDS) and vaping products. Dabwoods complies fully with all PACT Act requirements:

• We do not ship via United States Postal Service (USPS)
• All shipments use UPS or FedEx with adult signature confirmation required at delivery
• We collect and remit applicable state and local excise taxes
• We maintain records of all transactions as required by law
• We file required reports with relevant state tobacco tax administrators

Age Verification

Dabwoods employs a multi-layer age verification system to prevent the sale of products to minors:

• Site Entry: Date-of-birth verification required before accessing the website
• Checkout: ID verification via Veratad or AgeID at order placement
• Delivery: Adult (21+) signature required at delivery for all vape product shipments

We do not sell to persons under the age of 21. Any order where age verification cannot be confirmed will be cancelled and refunded.

Delta-8 THC State Restrictions

While Delta-8 THC is federally compliant under the 2018 Farm Bill, a number of states have enacted restrictions or prohibitions on hemp-derived intoxicating cannabinoids including Delta-8 THC. We use geo-location and address verification to restrict Delta-8 product sales to compliant states only.

CBD Products — State Availability

CBD products with less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC are available nationwide in states where hemp-derived products are permitted under state law. A small number of states have enacted restrictions on hemp-derived CBD products in addition to federal law. If a product is unavailable in your state at checkout, this reflects our compliance with current state law.
