Shipping Policy

Shipping Overview

Dabwoods ships all orders containing vape products via UPS and FedEx in compliance with the PACT Act. We are unable to ship via USPS for any order containing vaping hardware or consumable vape products. All orders require adult (21+) signature confirmation at delivery.

Processing Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays) are typically processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships.

Shipping Options & Rates

  • Standard Ground (3–5 Business Days): FREE on orders $75 and above. $8.99 on orders below $75.
  • Expedited (2 Business Days): $18.99 flat rate, all order sizes.
  • Priority Overnight: $34.99 flat rate. Order must be placed before 12:00 PM PST for same-day dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Dabwoods is not responsible for delays caused by carrier operations, weather events, or other factors outside our control.

Adult Signature Requirement

Per PACT Act compliance requirements, all deliveries require the signature of an adult (21+) at the delivery address. The carrier will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If the package cannot be delivered after 3 attempts, it will be returned to our facility. Re-shipping fees apply to orders returned due to failed delivery.

If you anticipate difficulty receiving the package, you may redirect it to a UPS/FedEx access point location for pickup. Contact us before shipment for assistance.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to 44 US states. We are unable to ship to: Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, etc.), or P.O. Boxes. If your address is in a restricted jurisdiction, your order will be cancelled and refunded at checkout.

Discreet Packaging

All Dabwoods orders ship in plain, unmarked outer packaging. There are no product names, brand logos, cannabis imagery, or other identifying marks on the exterior of the box or mailer. The return address will display a neutral business name. Your billing statement will show a discreet descriptor.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier information. You can track your order at any time at dabwoodvape.com/track-order or directly on the UPS or FedEx website.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us immediately at support@dabwoodvape.com with your order number. We will file a carrier claim on your behalf and arrange a replacement or refund within 5 business days of the claim being filed.
