Our Satisfaction Guarantee

Dabwoods stands behind every product we ship. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on hardware products and a manufacturing defect exchange policy on all consumable vape products. Our goal is straightforward: if you’re not satisfied, we want to make it right.

Consumable Products (Cartridges & Disposables)

Due to health and safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns of opened consumable vape products (cartridges and disposables) for any reason other than a documented manufacturing defect. This policy protects both consumers and the integrity of our quality assurance process.

Manufacturing Defect Exchange: If your cartridge or disposable has a verifiable manufacturing defect (e.g., no airflow, visible hardware failure, oil leak due to cartridge failure — not misuse), we will provide a direct replacement. To initiate a defect exchange:

  1. Contact support@dabwoodvape.com within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number, a description of the defect, and photo/video documentation if possible
  3. Our team will assess within 2 business days and arrange a replacement if the defect is confirmed

Defects caused by incorrect usage, improper storage, physical damage, or use with an incompatible battery are not covered.

Hardware Products (Batteries & Accessories)

Unopened hardware products may be returned within 30 days for a full refund (minus original shipping). Opened hardware products can be exchanged for the same item within 30 days if a manufacturing defect is documented. The Dabwoods Pro Battery carries a 90-day manufacturing defect warranty.

To initiate a hardware return or exchange, email support@dabwoodvape.com with your order number and reason for return.

Bundles

Bundle returns follow the same policy as the individual products within the bundle. If one cartridge in a 3-pack bundle has a manufacturing defect, we will replace the defective unit — not the entire bundle.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled at no charge any time before they are dispatched from our facility. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To cancel an unshipped order, contact us immediately at support@dabwoodvape.com or via live chat.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of our receiving the returned item (for hardware) or approving the exchange request (for consumables). Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed. Allow an additional 2–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.
